Valley Spring Recovery Center provides outpatient addiction treatment and mental health services in Bergen County, New Jersey. Our Site offers informational content about our programs, treatment modalities, admissions process, and related resources. The services described on our Site include but are not limited to:

• Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP): Structured, intensive outpatient treatment for individuals requiring a high level of clinical care while maintaining the ability to return home each evening
• Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP): Flexible programming available in 5-day and 3-day tracks, designed for individuals who need structured support but can manage daily responsibilities
• Virtual IOP (Telehealth): Remote intensive outpatient treatment delivered through secure video conferencing, providing the same clinical rigor as in-person programming
• Outpatient Program (OP): Individual and group therapy sessions for ongoing support during the transition to independent recovery
• Mental Health Program: Specialized treatment tracks addressing anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, OCD, and dual-diagnosis conditions
• Alumni Program: Continuing support, community engagement, and relapse prevention resources for individuals who have completed primary treatment
• Family Program: Education, counseling, and support services for the family members and loved ones of individuals in treatment

You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Bergen County, New Jersey, and you irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of the Site or these Terms must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or be forever barred.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Site ("Dispute"), the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the Dispute informally. You agree to contact us at the address provided in Section 15 below, describing the nature of the Dispute and your desired resolution. We will attempt to resolve the Dispute through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days of receiving your notice.

If the Dispute cannot be resolved through informal negotiation within the thirty-day period, either party may initiate binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Bergen County, New Jersey, unless the parties mutually agree to an alternative location or virtual proceedings.

Class Action Waiver: You and Valley Spring Recovery Center agree that any Dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, both parties waive any right to a jury trial.

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in court for matters related to intellectual property, data security, or unauthorized access to the Site.

Valley Spring Recovery Center reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms of Service at any time at our sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice on the Site.

Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Site and should discontinue use immediately.
