He ensures that every patient receives a personalized treatment plan built around their unique needs, guiding them through the Restore, Activate, Accelerate, and Thrive stages of recovery.
Under Brian's leadership, Valley Spring maintains an 8:1 therapist-to-patient ratio. He oversees treatment team meetings every Wednesday, ensuring clinical alignment across all programs and continuous quality improvement.
