Our most intensive outpatient option, PHP provides 30 hours per week of structured programming including individual therapy, group counseling, psychoeducation, and holistic wellness activities.

Treatment is overseen by our Clinical Director, Henry Iwuala, with an 8:1 client-to-staff ratio ensuring personalized attention throughout.

Ideal for
Patients stepping down from inpatient/residential, those requiring intensive daily structure, or individuals whose SUD or co-occurring conditions need close clinical monitoring.

Dedicated mental health track for patients whose primary presenting concern is a psychiatric condition — anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar disorder, or other co-occurring diagnoses.

Delivered virtually on a Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule, this track is licensed separately (MH #70420104) and staffed by mental health specialists.

Ideal for
Patients with primary mental health diagnoses who may or may not have co-occurring substance use. Especially suited for those who need structured support beyond weekly therapy.

Clinical Director Henry Iwuala reviews every referral for appropriateness, assesses level-of-care needs, and determines the optimal program placement.

Insurance Verification & Approval
Our admissions team handles all insurance pre-authorization, benefits verification, and cost estimates. We are in-network with Horizon, Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, United Healthcare, and 10+ additional plans.

Scheduling & Intake
Patient is scheduled for intake assessment. We coordinate directly with the patient and confirm the appointment details with you as the referring provider.

Treatment Begins
Patient enters their assigned program track and begins the Restore stage. You receive confirmation of admission and ongoing progress updates throughout treatment, including step-down notifications and discharge planning.
