Valley Spring Recovery Center is growing. We are looking for compassionate, driven professionals who want to make a real difference in the lives of individuals and families affected by addiction and mental health challenges.
Valley Spring Recovery Center is redefining outpatient addiction and mental health treatment in the Tri-State area. Our 4-stage progressive model — Restore, Activate, Accelerate, Thrive — guides every client from stabilization through lasting independence, all within a single trusted team.
We believe recovery requires biological rehab, not just abstinence. That philosophy drives everything we do, from our Health and Wellness 5 Pillars to our Life Skills curriculum. If you are someone who believes in treating the whole person — mind, body, and soul — you belong here.
With a team of 19+ dedicated professionals, an 8:1 therapist-to-patient ratio, and CARF accreditation, Valley Spring provides the clinical infrastructure and supportive culture you need to do your best work.
Every day you help people break free from addiction and reclaim their purpose.
Work alongside passionate clinicians, case managers, and wellness professionals.
Practice within a nationally recognized quality framework with proven protocols.
Expanding programs including Mental Health IOP and new facility phases in 2026.
Provide individual and group therapy for SUD and co-occurring clients. CBT, DBT, and EMDR experience preferred. Dual-license authorization for SUD and MH tracks a plus.
Lead yoga, mindfulness, sound bath, and movement sessions. Support the Health and Wellness 5 Pillars program within our Partial Care day schedule. Certification required.
Coordinate care across SUD and MH programs. Handle FMLA, short-term disability, employer communications, court documentation, and aftercare planning. Biopsychosocial assessment experience preferred.
Be the first point of contact for new clients. Conduct intake greetings, facility tours, orientation, and initial paperwork. People-first approach — we treat clients as people before patients.

Ongoing training, CEU opportunities, and dual-licensure pathways across SUD and Mental Health tracks.
Weekly treatment team meetings, cross-departmental collaboration, and a culture where every voice matters.
A rapidly expanding organization with new programs launching in 2026 — advance your career as we grow.
See the direct results of your work — from client breakthroughs to families reunited through recovery.
Team Above Ego is a core value. We back each other up, celebrate wins, and maintain healthy work-life balance.
With an 8:1 therapist-to-patient ratio and process groups under 10, you actually get to know your clients. Treatment team meetings every Wednesday ensure the right therapist-client match based on specializations and needs.
Work with proven modalities including CBT, DBT, EMDR, Motivational Interviewing, and MAT. Our CARF accreditation ensures you practice within a framework of nationally recognized quality standards.
Our Restore, Activate, Accelerate, Thrive model means continuity of care. You follow clients through their entire recovery journey — from stabilization to alumni — within one trusted system.
We integrate yoga, sound baths, reiki, hiking, nutrition classes, and gym workouts into treatment — because we believe recovery requires biological rehab, not just abstinence. One of only 10 sleep specialists in NJ is on our team.
We do the right thing, no matter what. Honesty and transparency with our clients, their families, and each other.
We work tirelessly to better our patients' lives. Mediocrity has no place in addiction treatment.
We serve each other and our clients with humility and care. The mission always comes first.
We treat everyone with dignity and value every perspective — from the newest client to the most senior clinician.
We work with intention and hold ourselves to a high standard. Every decision is aligned with our mission.
Collaboration and unity guide our success. We check titles at the door and focus on outcomes together.
